Book Fair Exhibition Stand Design – ADNEC Abu Dhabi 2025

This expo stand package was created for Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2025 at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi, from 26th April to 5th May 2025. The stand was created to essentially integrate multiple publishing brands such as Little Puffin, Moka Book, Dar Mohlimon, and Dar Qessa in one room inside a visually strong area. Their design concept emphasized a warm literary atmosphere, showcasing books, authors and their brand identity in a clutter-free space.

The work included full stand build, provision of retail shelving installation for the display and branding application, lighting configuration and on site installation. Great efforts were made to create the best possible book display and space for interaction with the visitors, all framed by excellent traffic flow over the days of the show. The result was a clean, professional, and welcoming space that helped to represent the brand in a meaningful way during the book fair.
